Anthony Camillieri passed away on Monday, December 13, 2021 at St. Clare’s Hospital in Denville. He was 70.
He was born in Brooklyn and grew up in the Oranges before moving to Parsippany 30 years ago.
Anthony served his country proudly with the United States Army during the Vietnam War from January 13, 1971 before being honorably discharged on January 14, 1977.
He was a Welder for Dock Builder Union Local 1556 in New York City for many years.
Survivors include his loving wife: Erma J. (nee-Javen); his nephew which was more like his son: Fred A. D’Argenio Jr. and his wife Brenda; his sisters: Christina & Marietta Camillieri; his cherished nieces and nephews: Zachery and his wife, Steph, Justin, Kerynn and her husband, Jesse, (who played an important role in Anthony’s life), David and his wife, Stacy, Philip and Todd; and his many dear great-nieces and nephews, including Carson & Weston. Anthony is also survived by many friends from the Notch Inn and his very special friend, Babe.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visitation on Saturday December 18, 2021 from 4:00PM-8:00PM at the Par-Troy Funeral Home 95 Parsippany Road, Parsippany (973) 887-3235. Cremation: Private.
