Dr. Vincent Conti died peacefully after a long illness on Monday, July 2nd 2018 at Care One @ Morris in Parsippany. He was 83.

Vincent was born & raised in the Bronx, NYC; a fact that he was very proud of. He lived in Stanhope for 3 years & Hackettstown for 25 years before moving to Parsippany in 2008.

Dr. Conti graduated from Cardinal Hayes High School and then from Fordham University obtaining his PhD in psychology. Dr. Conti worked on the Child Study Team for the Dover BOE for 27 years. He always said that his happiest years were in Dover. He loved the children and their families and his coworkers in Dover. He also worked in a private practice in Hackettstown.

He was the husband of Pamela (nee-LeDonne) Conti who predeceased him in 2007. More recently, his sister Alma (nee-Conti) Reuther has predeceased him this past June.
He is survived by his sister, Diana (nee-Conti) Pietrantonio of Ontario, Canada; Also his 8 nieces and nephews especially his niece and caretaker, Mary Ann Michalski & her husband, Walter of Rockaway, NJ; Barbara Jean Palmer of Dingmans Ferry, PA, Mary Codogno of Stittsville, Ontario, Diana Psaradellis of Montreal, Canada; Charles Reuther of Morristown, NJ, Rev. John D. Reuther of Hainesport, NJ, Anthony Pietrantonio of Montreal, Canada and Robert Pietrantonio also of Montreal, Canada. He is also survived by many great nieces and nephews, especially, Jeffrey Michalski, Justin Michalski & Jonathan Reuther.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral on Friday, July 6th 2018 at 9:00a.m. from the Par-Troy Funeral Home. 95 Parsippany Road, Parsippany. With his Liturgy of Christian Burial to be offered at 10:00a.m. at St. Christopher R.C. Church. 1050 Littleton Road, Parsippany. Interment: Union Cemetery, Hackettstown. Visiting Hours are on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Dr. Conti’s name to the charity of your choice.
