Ronald J. Nemits Sr. passed away Monday May 7, 2018 at Morristown Medical Center.
He was born in Wilkes Barre, PA and grew up in Warrior Run, PA. Ron also lived in Boonton for 13 years before moving to Parsippany in 1976.
Ron served his country proudly with the United States Marines from 10/17/1955 until being honorably discharged on 10/16/1961 with the rank of Corporal.
He was computer programmer for the Automatic Switch Company in Florham Park for 17 years before retiring in 2002.
Ron was a famous dart player belonging to several leagues.
Survivors include his fiancée: Barbara Nash; his son: Ronald J. Jr. and his wife Barbara; his daughter: Donna Cowan and her husband John; his four grandchildren: Alyssa, Daniel, Andrew, and Charles; and his nieces and nephews; Ron is also survived by the Zwigard Family & Dot & Morris.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral service at 10:30a.m. on Saturday, May 12th 2018 at the Par-Troy Funeral Home. 95 Parsippany Road, Parsippany.
