Michael J. Guarino, Jr. passed away on Saturday, April 14, 2018 at St. Clares Hospital in Denville. He was 76 years old.

Michael was born in Newark and grew up in West Orange before moving to Denville in 1971.

Michael served in the United States Marines as a Major before being honorably discharged.

Michael graduated from Seton Hall Prep and then went on to Fordham Law School where he obtained his Juris Doctorate.

He was a partner of Guarino Wealth Management in Denville for many years.

Michael was a proud husband, father and grandfather.

He was a devoted parishioner of Notre Dame of Mount Carmel R.C. Church.

Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Patricia A. (nee-Fitzgerald); his son, Michael J. III; his daughters: Christine Maier & her husband, Karl and Meghan Andrinopoulos & her husband, Louis; his brother, Kenneth R. & his wife, Joan; and his 9 grandchildren: Katherine, Brian, Maggie, Julia, Michael IV, Matthew, Marco, Costa and Maria.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Celebration of Life to be offered at 10:00 am on Friday, April 20th 2018 at Notre Dame of Mount Carmel R.C. Church, Cedar Knolls.
