Gerald D. Wincklhofer passed away on Monday, April 9th 2018 at Morristown Medical Center. He was 88 years old.

Gerald was born in Newark and grew up in Irvington before moving to Lake Parsippany in 1959.

Gerald served in the United States Army during the Korean War from January 12, 1951 until being honorable discharged on October 23, 1956.

He received his Masters Degree in Education.

Gerald was a teacher at the John Hill School in Boonton before retiring.

He went on to promote the largest Doll Show in America for many years.

Survivors include his wife, Eileen R. (nee-Maag); his son, Scott M. & his wife, Sarah; and his two granddaughters: Amanda and Michelle Wincklhofer.
