Isabel I. (nee-Fryling) Kowalik, longtime Lake Parsippany Resident passed away on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at Kindred Hospital in Dover. She was 91 years old.

Isabel was born and raised in Easton, PA. She lived in Newark, Frenchtown and Jersey City before moving to Parsippany in 1960.

Isabel held many jobs throughout her lifetime after retiring from RCA in Livingston where she met her husband. She worked for Pyrofilm in Whippany, Drew’s Shoprite in the meat department which is now called the General Store and also at the Penny Pak all of which are in Lake Parsippany.

Isabel’s proudest position was being a loving wife and mother to her family.

She was a member of LPPOA in Lake Parsippany.

Isabel volunteered at St. Christopher R.C. Church on Tuesdays for Bingo night.

Isabel enjoyed spending her free time watching WWE and cuddling with her precious dog Pumpkin.

Isabel was predeceased by her husband, Frank J. Sr., who passed away on 2/28/2007.

Survivors include her son, Frank J. Jr. and her daughter, Kathy A. Kowalik.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Service at 3:30PM on Saturday, March 24, 2018 at Par-Troy Funeral Home. 95 Parsippany Road, Parsippany. (973) 887-3235 or visit Cremation: Private. Visiting hours will be on Saturday from 2:00 – 4:00 pm at the funeral home.
