Daniel J. Dotterweich III passed away on Saturday December 23, 2017 after a courageous battle against Multiple Myeloma at Hackensack Medical Center. He was 50 years old.

He was born in Glen Ridge and grew up in Montville where he lived all of his life.

Daniel was the owner of the “Q” Glass Company in Towaco for many years.

He was so proud of his kids and the young adults they have turned into.

Daniel loved to travel and finished his bucket list at the age of 50.

Survivors include his loving wife: Ellen J. (nee-Frank); his son: Daniel J. IV; his daughters: Stephanie R. and Faith L.; his father: Daniel J. Jr.; his mother: Lucille (nee-Serpe); his grandmother, Mary Serpe: his brother: Vincent and his wife Cheryl; his sister: Deborah Catena and her husband Lawrence; his many nieces and nephews. Daniel is also survived by many dear friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral service at 10:00am on Saturday December 30, 2017 at the Par-Troy Funeral Home. 95 Parsippany Road, Parsippany (973) 887-3235. Interment: Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover. His Visitation will be on Friday from 4:00 – 8:00 pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers please make donations in his memory to the John Theurer Cancer Center for Multiple Myeloma Research in Daniel’s name 160 Sussex Street Suite 101 Lodi, NJ 07644
