Glenn R. Schock passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 30, 2017 surrounded by his beloved family. He was 67 years old.

Glenn was born in Reading, PA, son of Ruth & Robert Schock, and grew-up in Franklin Township, NJ. Married Sweetie (Dale), the love of his life, in 1971 while serving in the United States Army. Together they raised their two daughters, Jennifer & Jodie in Rainbow Lakes, Parsippany, NJ.

Glenn served Rainbow Lakes Community Club as President (2 terms) and held many Trustee positions over the 36 years he lived there. He was a Fireman for the Rainbow Lakes Volunteer Fire Co., participated in Hub Lakes and loved coaching the Rainbow Lakes Girls softball team. Glenn was a devoted Yankees fan, an avid fisherman and a top notch bowler.

Prior to retiring in 2014, Glenn was President of Berwick Express Company, Freelife International Distributor, Xango International Distributor and a Flooring Specialist for Home Depot.

Survived by his wife, Dale (nee-Ferguson); daughter, Jennifer Schock & her wife, Stacy Chiarolanza; daughter, Jodie Penn & her husband, John; father, Robert C. Schock & his wife, Barbara; brother, Kerry Schock & his wife, Dale; brother-in-law, Bo Ferguson & his wife, Debbie, brother-in-law, Don Ferguson & his wife, Cindy; nieces, Dana, Kelly, Courtney & Carolyn; nephews, Ryan, David & Donnie; father-in-law, David Ferguson Sr. & his wife, Cathy; grandson, Nicky and grand pups, Brody, Layla & Vegas Marie.

Relatives and friends are invited to come and “Celebrate Glenn’s Life” at a Memorial Service at 10:00 am on Friday, August 11, 2017, Hurdtown United Methodist Church, Route 15 South, Lake Hopatcong. NJ.
