Paul Gianguercio passed away on Tuesday March 28, 2017 at Mount Sinia Hospital in Long Island City, NY. He was 75.

He was born Manhattan and raised in Harlem. Paul spent most of his life in Woodside, Queens.

Paul served his country proudly with the United States Army during the Vietnam War from 1/8/1964 before being honorably discharged in 12/31/1969.

He was a salesman for Norampac Company in Maspeth, NY for many years before retiring.

Paul is pre-deceased by his brother Domenic who passed away on 1/14/2001.

Survivors include his sister-in-law: Connie Gianguercio of Boonton; his nephews: Sam P. of Montclair and James J. and his wife Dayna of Boonton; his 2 Great-Nieces: Francessa & Charlee. Paul is also survived by many long time friends.

Relatives and Friends are invited to attend his Liturgy of Christian Burial to be offered 10:00am on Friday March 31, 2017 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel R.C. Church, 910 Birch Street, Boonton. Interment: Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Totowa. Visiting hours are on Thursday from 2:00-4:00pm & 7:00pm – 9:00pm at the Par-Troy Funeral Home. 95 Parsippany Road, Parsippany. (973)887-3235.
