Frank DeChino, Jr. passed away on November 17, 2021 at Morristown Memorial Hospital, Morristown, NJ. He was 67.

Frank was born in Orange, NJ and moved to Parsippany in 1966. He worked for Shop-Rite for more than 50 years and enjoyed going to work every day. Frank loved nothing more than his family, he enjoyed spending time with them and was always there for anyone who needed him.

Frank was an avid sports fan cheering for his Mets, Giants and Devils no matter what.He started his comic collection in his early teens and followed it through as an adult. He also loved music and had an ear for rock artists from the 60’s & 70’s. Some of his happiest times were summer vacations down the Jersey shore, and the fond memories and stories made at the Parsippany Italian-American Club. Frank recently started to learn the game of golf and loved to play with his brother and friends. You could always find him reading the newspaper, doing something around the house or his favorite thing of all, eating his mom’s Italian food. Frank found happiness in everything in his life and he brought joy to everyone who knew him.

He is predeceased by his father, Frank who passed away on 6/14/2017.

Frank is survived by his mother: Antoinette (nee-Cecca) DeChino, his brother, Rick and his wife, Lisa, his nephews: Nicholas & his wife, Samantha and Alexander as well as many cousins and friends.

Relatives and Friends are invited to attend his Funeral on Monday, November 22, 2021 at 8:30a.m. from the Par-Troy Funeral Home. 95 Parsippany Road, Parsippany. (973)887-3235. With the Liturgy of Christian Burial to be offered at 9:30a.m. at Saint Christopher R.C. Church, 1050 Littleton Road, Parsippany. Entombment: Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover. Visiting hours are on Sunday from 2:00-6:00p.m. at the funeral home.
