George Andrew Ciottone Jr. passed away Monday September 28, 2020 at his home. He was 52.
He was born in Orange and moved to Irvington where he spent his early years. George then lived in Whippany where he attended Whippany Park high schooll, after which he attended William Paterson college before moving to Parsippany.
George was Vice President of Sales for Idesco Corp. in New York City.
He was a member of the Knights of Columbus Elizabeth Ann Seton Council. He also helped direct the Antioch program for teens at Notre of Mount Carmel R.C. Church in Cedar Knolls for many years.
George was an avid longtime New York Yankee and Dallas Cowboy Fan.
He is pre-deceased by his mother: Mary Margaret Ahrens who passed away in 1986.
Survivors include his father: George Andrew Sr. and his wife Phyllis Mascolo; his brothers: Glenn P. and his wife Michele; David M. & his wife Melissa; Marc E. & his wife Jennifer; his sister; Maria P. Laboy and her husband Roberto, his brothers Matthew J. & his wife Ruth, Michael L. & his wife Courtney and 13 nieces and nephews. George is also survived by many cousins and close friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Visitation on Friday, October 2, 2020 from 4:00pm – 8:00pm at the Par-Troy Funeral Home. 95 Parsippany Road, Parsippany (973) 887-3235. Due to COVID-19 regulations, George’s Funeral Mass is Private at Notre Dame of Mt. Carmel R.C. Church. Relatives and friends are welcome to join us, safely, from their homes on Saturday morning, October 3rd 2020 at 9:30a.m. to watch the funeral mass live by clicking on this link https://www.ndcarmel.com/livestreaming.
