Rachel Marie Weiss passed away on Tuesday, September 8, 2020. She was 25.
Rachel was born in Denville and lived most of her life in Lake Parsippany, most recently becoming a resident of Belmar and Landing. She was a graduate of Parsippany Hills High School and attended the County College of Morris.
Rachel had a vivacious spirit, an infectious laugh, and a smile that could light up any room. She could be the silliest goofball or your most trusted confidant. She had the most generous, kind, selfless, caring, and compassionate soul and was able to connect with so many people throughout her life.
She loved children and aspired to become a deaf/special education teacher. Rachel was dedicated and hard-working whether at school, work, relationships, or recovery.
Her nieces were the light of her life and brought her immense joy. Her love for her family and her furbaby, Lady was immeasurable. Rachel is irreplaceable and will be eternally missed.
Rachel struggled with addiction, but it will never define her. If you are struggling with addiction or know someone who is – please seek help. Share more love and less judgement as her legacy. Love never ends.
Rachel is survived by: her mother, Anna Weiss, her father, Raymond L. Roth, her sister and brother-in-law, Heather and Steven Bryant, her brothers: Michael Weiss, Austin Roth and Jonathon Roth, her grandfather and grandmother, Michael and Anna Weiss, her grandmother, Shirley Roth, her adored nieces Charolette, Margarette, and LilyAnn and her beloved, Lady. As well as, many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Service at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, September 14, 2020 at the Par-Troy Funeral Home. 95 Parsippany Road Parsippany (973)-887-3235 or visit us at partroyfuneralhome.com. Cremation: Locust Hill Crematory, Dover. Visiting Hours are on Monday from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
