Lillian T. (nee-Trainor) Cook passed away on Thursday, July 30th 2020. She was 91.

She was born in and raised in West New York, NJ and moved to Parsippany in 2008.

Lillian worked as a Crossing Guard for the West New York Board of Education & Police Department for many years before retiring.

She is pre-deceased by her husband, James J. Sr. (6/5/2016) and her sons: Joseph (1960) & Michael (1996).

Lillian is survived by her sons: James J. Jr & his wife Beth, Thomas & his wife Rafaela, Robert & his wife Stephanie; her daughters: Linda M. Picciurro & her husband Dennis, Janet Searles & her husband Nicholas and her sister, Doris Schmaus. She is also survived by her cherished grandchildren: James J. Cook III & his wife Lori, Joseph Picciurro, Jill Chmura & her husband Kyle, Andrew Searles, Rossy Medrano, Megan Searles & Michael Cook; her treasured great-grandchildren: Shannan Cook, Brigid Cook, Keegan Cook, Wilhelmina Cook & Penelope Chmura & many dear nieces, nephews & friends.

Relatives and Friends are invited to attend her Funeral on Wednesday, August 5th 2020 at 8:30a.m. from the Par-Troy Funeral Home. 95 Parsippany Road, Parsippany. Interment: George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus. Visiting hours are on Tuesday from 4:00pm-6:00p.m. at the Funeral Home.
