Bridget “Bea” (nee LaStella) Carlone passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 6, 2020, at home surrounded by her family. She was 96.

Bridget was born in Binghamton, NY, and grew up in Montclair, NJ. She lived in West Orange before moving to her daughter’s home in Cedar Knolls 10 years ago. Bridget was a devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a dedicated homemaker and a devout Catholic.

Bridget is predeceased by her husband Henry Sr., and her beloved granddaughter Jessica Fashano, her brothers and sisters, Joseph LaStella, Margaret Rossi, Evelyn Testa and Daniel LaStella, Jr.

She is survived by her son Henry Carlone, Jr. and his wife Jan, her daughter Diane Fashano and her husband Dennis, loving granddaughter Danielle Roth and her husband Jeff, and her cherished great-grandchildren Gabrielle, Brendan and Owen. Bridget is also survived by her sister-in-law MaryAnn LaStella and many loving nieces and nephews. We would like to acknowledge and thank her compassionate caregivers Miriam and Esther.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral on Monday, February 10, 2020, at 8:30 am from Par-Troy Funeral Home, 95 Parsippany Road, Parsippany. The liturgy of Christian burial will be offered at 10:00 am at Notre Dame of Mount Carmel Church, 75 Ridgedale Ave, Cedar Knolls. Entombment is in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover. Visiting hours are Sunday from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the funeral home.
