Joseph F. Orrico passed away on Tuesday August 7, 2019 at Morristown Medical Center. He was 87.

He was born in North Arlington and grew up in the Marion Section of Jersey City. Joseph lived in Parsippany and Colorado before moving to Hackettstown in 2000.

Joseph served his country proudly with the United States Army during the Korean War 1952 until being honorably discharged in 1954.

Joseph was a supervisor for Western Electric in Kearny before retiring in 1989.

He was a past president for Telephone Pioneers of America and a member of the American Legion in Hackettstown Post 164.

Joseph is pre-deceased by his late wife Angela C. (nee-Giannella) who passed away on 3/13/1976.

Survivors include his daughters: Nancy Ellen Knight and her husband Peyton; Joanne Rallo and her husband Mark; and Lisa Marie White and her husband Chris; his brothers: Mario and Vincent “Jimmy”; his seven grandchildren: Nicholas, Michael, Peyton, Lauren, Miranda, Brandon, and Justin; and his four great-grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visitation on Saturday August 17, 2019 from 1:00pm – 4:00pm with a funeral service to follow at 3:30pm at the Par-Troy Funeral Home 95 Parsippany Road, Parsippany (973) 887-3235.
