Joan T. (nee-Jensen) Hildebrand passed away on Wednesday, October 16th 2018 at Staten Island University Hospital in Staten Island.
Joan was born in Brooklyn where she was a life long resident.
She was a secretary for Stevenson Lines in Manhattan for many years before retiring.
Joan was truly one of a kind. While working, she was also a loving and dedicated homemaker. She raised her daughters by teaching them what love, faith and family values were all about.
She joins her beloved husband, John J. who passed away on March 26, 2016. She is also pre-deceased by her dear brothers and sisters: Vincent, Gerard, Francis, Claire and Catherine.
Survivors include her loving daughters, Cathleen Richardson and her husband, William, Karen Hildebrand and Pamela Mancino and her husband, Tory; her cherished grandchildren: Christopher, Steven, Heather and Allison; and her treasured great-grandchildren: Madison, Mason and Brady.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Service on Sunday, October 21st 2018 at 3:30p.m. at the Par-Troy Funeral Home. 95 Parsippany Road, Parsippany. Visiting hours are on Sunday from 1-4p.m. at the funeral home. Committal Services will take place on Monday, October 22nd 2018 at 11:00a.m. at Calverton National Cemetery, Calverton, Long Island.
