Andrew M. Gisondi passed away on Sunday, August 26, 2018 at Newton Medical Center. He was 71 years old.

Andrew was born and raised in Jersey City. He lived in Parsippany and Clark before moving to Blairstown in 2001.

Andrew worked at Eastern and Continental Airlines in Newark as a Facility Maintenance Hub Manager for many years before retiring.

He was President of the New Jersey Collectors Gun Club.

Andrew was predeceased by his daughter, Christine T., who passed away on August 11, 1991.

Survivors include wife, Bernadette A. (nee-Germanski); his son, Andrew M. Jr. & his wife, Jaime; his daughters: Annmarie Corbitt & her husband, Fred, Tiffany and Jessica Sofranko; his brother, Richard & his wife, Linda; his sisters: Arleen Cagna & her husband, Michael and Karen Aquilina & her husband, Charles; and his 8 grandchildren: Frederick F. Corbitt & his fiancé, Brittany DeLuca, Benjamin B. Corbitt, Andrew P. Gisondi, Kristofer K. Corbitt, Dominick M. Gisondi, Samantha C. Gisondi, Lukas A. Gisondi and Abigail R. Gisondi.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Celebration of Life at 2:00 pm on Saturday, September 8, 2018 at the Main Street Fire House. 2 Indian Road Denville NJ 07834. His Memorial Service will begin at 2:30pm followed by lunch. Cremation was private under the direction of the Par-Troy Funeral Home. 95 Parsippany Road, Parsippany.
